Enquiry data: your name, email, phone number (if provided), and any message you submit through one of our practice area forms.
Usage data: anonymised analytics (pages visited, approximate location) if you accept analytics cookies.

3. How we use it

When you submit an enquiry, we email the details you provided to our team and pass them on so a relevant solicitor can get in touch with you directly. We also send you a confirmation email with a reference number. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

4. Legal basis

Consent — you actively choose to submit your details via the form for the purpose of being connected with a solicitor. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

5. Data retention

Enquiry data is retained for as long as reasonably needed to process your enquiry, then deleted within 12 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Third-party services

Resend — transactional email delivery for enquiry notifications and confirmations.

Solicitors we introduce you to — your enquiry details are shared with a relevant solicitor so they can contact you. They become a separate data controller for any data they subsequently hold about you.
